My name is Mona Baloch. I'm a senior at Newton South High School in Newton, MA (class of 2017), and have spent the past four years serving as a contributor, reporter, Senior Section Editor of Centerfold and the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 33 on our school's print paper, The Lion's Roar. In Nov. 2016, The Roar won first place Best of Show Newspaper-Broadsheet at the National Scholastic Press Association Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana (Volume 33, Issue 3).
